Once the left side is set you can now set the right stop this is done with. Just set the fixed left edge.

Insert the screwdriver blade under the nozzle removal tab on the side of the stem and press down.
For adjusting rainbird 5000 hold that small tower and point the nozzle at the fixed left stop and then insert a small flat head screwdriver into the adjustment slot of that arc.
Next insert the key or a flat head screwdriver and turn it.
It will be on the different side of the head of the sprinkler from the nozzles.
Rotate the turret all the way to the right side and as you turn it back towards the left side.
