On the about tab go the bottom and select the links button.
On your main instagram feed tap the camera icon at the upper left part to start your instagram story.

Now type the url into the text box that appears.
The file you want to post should be already placed on your camera roll so you just need to launch the instagram app from your android phone or iphone and click on the icon located on the apps toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

If you click on this then youll see the option that reads url which will allow you to add a link to any site on the web.
To add your link click on the chain link icon at the top of your story.
A new window will appear on your screen allowing you to input the link destination of your choice.
Select add 10.
Paste your instagram profile url into the url text field then add the text for your instagram link.
Then once youre done with creating your post just click on the story button at the bottom right of the story in order to share it.
