Prepare and tape your tumblers for the glitter.
Adding the glitter to a tumbler.
Use your foam brush to apply mod podge to the entire inside of your tumbler.
Put adhesive on your tumblers and glitter them.
Place on to surface face down.
The key is using enough mod podge during application and allowing the mod podge to dry long enough between layers.
I put a little bit of mod podge in a separate bowl and use a flat paintbrush to put it on.
